 Ranger Planning and Management "Ranger" provides turnaround and construction planning, scheduling and project management services to refinery and petrochemical plant owners. Ranger's services include planning, constructability review, cost tracking, project execution, procurement/outsourcing and subcontract management. Ranger coordinates and manages the multitude of resources that are required for turnaround and new construction projects while offering the customer a single point of contact throughout the project.
